We use your information to provide and maintain the STATshifts platform, process subscriptions, facilitate shift postings, send notifications about shifts and applications, verify credentials (including OCP standing), respond to customer service inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

(a) Between Users. We share limited profile information between pharmacies and pharmacists to facilitate shift postings and applications. For example, pharmacies will see a pharmacist's name, OCP number, and software proficiencies when they apply for a shift.
(b) Third Parties. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., payment processors, hosting services) or when required by law.
